Post-brekky lull post

Weather update...it was pretty hot yesterday up to the point where i got into the mist when it cooled down nicely (at the expense of seeing anything much!). Today the mist is still here but appears less thick and is predicted to burn off.

Im hoping for an earlier finish today as im only going 50 miles. Lets see how that works out...

PS back still sore but should be able to survive 2 more days....Im not going to let it stop me now!
