So a wee morning ride tomorrow, hopefully a photo blog catch up and mega carbo load ahead of my biggest challenge yet on sunday...the lost coast...dah dah DAHH!

Day 17 report - pt4
...normally on this trip ive eaten alone so it was good to swap tour stories with Glen over pizza/pasta and a sierra nevada pale ale (a wee gem of a spot between the bud light and coors light) He had actually cycled up to the observation post at mt st helens the other day which is a brutal 6700ft of climbing but you get an awesome view of the crater. I wish id known about that one! But hes on the clock now to get to san fran so no lost coast for him.

Brilliant! You're closing in on San Francisco fast. When are you meeting up with Neil and how long are you staying in San Frans Disco? Great city - you'll love it.

ReplyDeleteNeil arrives in San Fran on Sunday 2 (a week tomorrow) and I plan to have a couple of days there with him and leave on the Wednesday. I may even try to get there a day or so early to have a good break and enjoy being a tourist for a while!
